Ali-Mar Properties was originally  founded in 2003 (under the name of Sun Home Seekers) by husband and wife team Ercan and Jane Ciftci.   We are a family company with many years experience in both construction and project management. 

Our main office is located in Altinkum, Turkey and we have agents working with us who are based in Altinkum and the UK. The management team is Ercan Ciftci (Turkish), who handles the project management and Jane Ciftci (English), who manages the website and admin.  The majority of the construction work is handled by family members who are all skilled in their own trades.   

Our UK agents are John and Gaynor Wright who split their time between their homes in South Wales and Altinkum.  They have spent a lot of time in Altinkum, visiting over many years and have a huge knowledge of the area. We offer you properties in Altinkum, Akbuk, Yesiltepe and the surrounding areas.
